Check In and Check Out Policy
Within a maximum of 24 hours after your successfully completed booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the needed information and details of how to complete your check-in procedure.
You are required to contact us by e-mail at email@example.com at least 3 days before your arrival, to inform us about the approximate time of check-in to your Holiday Home, as well as your flight number, if applicable.
Check in time is from 3:00 PM.
If the estimated time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, you must contact us immediately at the provided contact telephone number to inform us about this event. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee the access to the accommodation at the time of your arrival.
To check in, you must go to the meeting point that you have been informed of by e-mail. You must bring with you:
– The booking confirmation e-mail on your mobile phone.
– Valid identification documents for each of the guests staying at the Holiday Home.
– Payment proof and outstanding balance, unless another form of payment has been accorded in your confirmation mail.
Once you have checked in, you will receive the keys to your Holiday Home.
If you find any problems in the habitation during your stay, from any kind of damage, to the missing of any article or utensil, please contact us immediately so we can try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Check out time is at 10:00 am.
When you leave the accommodation, it must be in the same state of cleanliness as it was at your arrival, considering regular, dirt generated after a normal use of a Holiday Home. If guests wish, they can request for an extra cleaning service of Medano4you, for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information about this service at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will inform you on your arrival about the departure procedure and the drop off point of the keys.
